Before the weekend, Jules Kounde seemed set for Chelsea until Barca, according to Gerard Romero, made a late offer for him that the Andalusians accepted.
In an effort to refute these claims, MARAR said that Sevillan sources had informed them that Barca had not yet submitted an official application.
However, SPORT announced on Sunday night in Catalonia that Barca had indeed decided to buy the France international from Sevilla.
