Following his switch to Al Nassr, Senegalese forward Sadio Mane is still showered with affection on the streets of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Fans ambushed Sadio Mane as he entered a mosque in Riyadh for Friday prayers.

The Africa Player of the Year was approached by ecstatic supporters who wanted pictures and autographs with their idol.

Mane can be seen taking the time to respond to the needs of the group in a video that was posted on social media. The group was present at the mosque for the customary Jumaa prayer.

Wherever he is, the 31-year-old is a committed Muslim who takes part in religious events.

According to Sporting News, the Al Nassr forward will make his home debut later on Friday night when the Knights of Najd host Al Taawuon at the Al-Awwal Park.

Mane, who led the club in the first game without Cristiano Ronaldo, watched his team fall just short to Al-Ettifaq despite scoring in that contest.

On Friday, as Al Nassr looks for their first victory of the year, Ronaldo is anticipated to rejoin the team.
