Four Coaches who could replace Xavi at Barcelona
According to the most recent speculations, FC Barcelona has a four-man shortlist to take Xavi’s place as manager should he leave or be fired.
Even though Barcelona’s season hasn’t started off well, they are still competitive, and it’s known that club president Joan Laporta still believes Xavi can play.

However, in case something changes, the blaugrana are beginning to consider other options.
The four guys rumored to be on the list are Rafael Márquez, Thiago Motta, Imanol Alguacil, and Michel Sánchez.
Michel, who manages Girona FC, has drawn plaudits for taking a minnow to the top of La Liga, and of course, their victory over Barcelona drew comparisons to the job being done by Xavi. It’s understood Barcelona has been in touch with his agent to let him know they are interested.
