Morocco dominates Tanzania to advance to the quarter-finals of AFCON

The Atlas Lions of Morocco took on the Taifa Stars of Tanzania in the third round of 16 encounter of the 2025 AFCON in Rabat.

With the fans and the whole nation backing them, the Atlas Lions were sure to roar loudly at the end of the day Tanzania proved to be a hard nut to crack for the talented Moroccan side as they sat deep with the attempt to hit Morocco on the counter.

A sweet ball from Hakimi found Brahim Diaz in the half of the Tanzanians in the second half where he dazzled and dribbled past two defenders to put the Atlas Lions in the lead.
